1st Floor Additions
Adding usable square footage onto your home normally as extra living space or typically a larger kitchen on the 1st floor. This is considered building out from the house and normally involves digging up the ground that is there and pouring a new foundation for the expansion.
3 Season Room Add-On
Adding a 3 seasons room is a nice addition to your home for those looking for a place to relax in the warmer months. Typically this type of add-on does not include HVAC or plumbing and is a lesser cost way of adding space to your home.
Floor Plan Expansion
For this type of addition, we just built out on both sides to increase lost space that the customer was missing out on. This expansion added floor space, closet space, and attic storage space on both sides of the 2nd floor.
2nd Story Addition
Building up instead of out sometimes will benefit you by increasing your home’s square footage up to double its size. This is most helpful when your land won’t allow for outward expansion.
